Eng. Patrick Otieno Otuoma is a Professional Engineer and Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), currently serving as the Branch Chairman of the IEK North-Rift Branch, where he previously held the position of interim Branch Treasurer. In addition to this leadership role, he contributes at the national level as a Council Member of the IEK.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, along with a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. Currently, he is advancing his expertise by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy and Energy Access at Moi University.
As a Certified Energy Manager, Eng. Otuoma’s core competencies lie in energy management, project planning, as well as the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power systems. His extensive technical and managerial skills enable him to effectively oversee and deliver energy projects that align with sustainable development goals. Beyond his professional engineering commitments, he serves in community leadership as a Board Member of CITAM, demonstrating a dedication to societal development through strategic governance roles.
